I found a watch in this jewelry store for a very picky person. She was delighted, she is a rarely seen model.
Very satisfied therefore.
For a purchase yes, for a repair or an engraving, NEVER MORE. Neither done, nor to be done; How can a jeweler dare to present such an engraving? Does the engraver need an ophthalmologist? After asking them twice to start again, I was able to obtain a suitable result.
As for the repair, I was returned a ring with a stone less, twisted and with a weld roughly done. I was told I could replace it for free with a "piece of metal", and then I was finally called to give me the estimate of 60-70 €. They have straightened it for free at least.
Too bad, I love the jewelry of this shop.
