Incompetent reception staff, and very aggressive, pedantic while in error, operation several times debited, impossible to have information. Validation of actions on my account without my agreement, and director who does not know his files, who says anything, and who writes it (proof to support) !! flee sincerely !! Of all the banking establishments I know of, this is the worst of the worst, in all sincerity.

Employee who does not inform us of the arrival of a card for several months and who bills us with it in his drawer! We had to travel 300km to be informed that it had arrived at chalons. Small gesture of 15 € for the inconvenience caused and bad faith of the employee who says to have "surely" called, why not have left message if it really was the case ?? The price of a credit card should be debited only after receipt of it! Question of common sense! Making us pay is simple, but paying us back is another story.
