An employee backed up a car in my vehicle, parked in the parking lot ... I had just come to register my new car. The employee, typed twice, then came to see me "it affected?" ... yes ... Not professional at all. I come for a motor support which has failed, I am told that they do not want to intervene because the failure is due to a screw that was not the right one to return to the mechanic who made the intervention knowing that I have them says it's a used vehicle bought recently. In addition, I am told that I have too much oil by checking an oil level with a tilted engine ... Not very professional all that for a brand like them.
