Last visit to this auto center, for several months, vehicle handling and customer service had deteriorated, but here I want to change the tires on my vehicle before the holidays, they want to give me an appointment without knowing what tires do I need. I want to order the tires but I have to travel to pay a deposit and have an appointment. My husband travels pays the deposit but, we have to wait for the reception of the tires to have an appointment, we are assured that we will have an appointment before the end of the following week. The tires arrive and I am offered an appointment the day after our departure on vacation. An unprofessional telephone exchange. So I get my tires back after a little hasty welcome from customer service. In short, one bad experience too many, the last for me in this garage.
