This store is a shame. Nothing else to say. We order a ring. We pay. 3 weeks later, we are told that the ring is "stolen" when it is delivered to Châlons. The store hangs and does not wish to reimburse us. Scandal.

Shop to flee. On two occasions my partner and I have been to this shop for gifts, unfortunately both times we ran into the same unfriendly salesperson. The first time one of her blonde colleagues took over (fortunately), hence our return. The second time, this saleswoman who apparently did not want to sell giving customers the impression of being disturbed, we will not come back at all. If you don't like human contact, change jobs. While chatting with friends, we realized that this saleswoman (squared hair, brunette, gold glasses, 25-30 years old) apparently has a habit of receiving bad people. Shop to avoid, for my engagement ring and our alliances we preferred Mauboussin, service and reception of quality at least.

4 months to cut a ring, ask for 40 € anyway and especially see the result of the shabby work .. it looked more like nothing at all. I do not recommend at all.

Reception nonexistent, unfriendly saleswomen. Deposits are not refunded ... In short, go a little further for better service.
