Very nice day spent in Châlons-en-Champagne, with Joseph Perrier. If you are curious to discover the world of champagne, the history of a house like that of Joseph Perrier, then go visit their brand new cellar, completed after 2 years of work. You will enjoy an explanation of the entire history of the Joseph Perrier house, in great detail, from its beginnings in 1825 to today. A know-how that has been passed on for 6 generations. You can also go directly to the vineyards of Joseph Perrier, and enjoy a tasting!
A very interesting visit, and the renovated cellars are superb ... especially the light. I went there with my children and there were even little touches for them, from the luminous bracelet with grape juice to understand the tastes and the grape varieties. In short top !!!
