Hello, The Strasbourg transport company located 14, rue de la gare aux goods in Strasbourg has terminated a fixed-term contract with my employer, who is a subcontractor of this company and specializes in maintenance, because I parked my scooter incorrectly !!! And with "reimbursement of costs for the latter if contract not terminated". For having parked on an "unofficial" place and with "two wheels" therefore not alone, on a wide sidewalk and indicated by the staff of the guard post at the cronenbourg depot, on the storefront of the establishment and I I have no way of defending myself and my subcontracting employer must pay damages to the subcontracting company ...
