Cathédrale Notre Dame de Strasbourg

Great cathedral made from pink sand stone, region typical. Monumental and breath taking. Very well preserves and must visit while in Strasbourg. unique astronomical clock inside! And functional!

This is an amazing cathedral (Münster) and totally worth the wait. It can get quite crowded inside and the lines can be quite long. However, once inside it’s just a beautiful cathedral and it has a historic clock. You can even visit the upper floor and look outside. Breathtaking

Such a masterpiece from middle age. This building is just beautiful with a lot of hidden secret. Just be patient and take your time to visit. If you want to admire the beauty of the building I would recommend to visit it during weekdays, weekends are pretty packed. You can visit the Astronomic Horloge, the panoramic view on Strasbourg

It is a beautiful cathedral! We paid to climb to the roof and while we were up there the bells started ringing. The views over Strasbourg are extraordinary.

We came here for a weekend trip. Unfortunately there is always a long waiting line, but it is worth going inside. To avoid having to wait, make sure to get out of bed early and be the first in line. The cathedral is not only breathtaking from outside but also amazes from the inside. Beautiful building!!! The details, colorful windows and etchings. The hygiene measures were good. All visitors must use Desinfektion prior to entering. Would come back gladly.
