It will be 1 week that I ordered (and paid) ... and nothing. No news. No sends. No reply to the email. Telephone answering machine. Total scam. Go your way. When prices are too low, it's rarely a good sign.

Beware this site is the facade of a scam. I bought an article that never happened. Their phone is fictional, it's a simple answering machine. Try you will see. It's the same for the mail. And look good on google streetview at the address of the "store". There are not any. The store does not exist. It's a fictional address, there's a mailbox, that's all.

Flee this site of thieves, you will never be delivered. On August 24, 2019, I ordered a camera Canon EOS 80D + Additional battery for an amount of 838.00 €. (Débité the 26/08/2019) The expected delivery time was 3 to 5 working days. On 28/08/2019, my order still not being shipped, I try to contact the customer service by phone. I find an answering machine that invites me to leave a message and that I will be reminded after listening to it. Indeed, about 15 minutes later, a person reminds me but can not give me any information (I do not have the list of material shipped today ...). I ask this person to inquire and keep me informed by email. The 30/08/2019 then the 03/09/2019 having no news (my order is still not shipped) I try again to contact the customer service by phone. I fall again on an answering machine, I leave a message but this time, no reminder from them. On 30/08/2019, having failed to reach the customer service, I send an email asking them to process my order or cancel it and refund me if they can not deliver me. On the 04/09/2019, I receive an answer to my email of which here the content: Hello sir, The logistics center on which your region depends is currently being moved. Thank you for forgiving us for the delay. Your order will be shipped as soon as the center becomes operational. (It will not be long before) To this day, 10/09/2019, my order is still not shipped, no news of customer service. 18/09/2019, my order is finally delivered but incomplete (Provenance Germany). The EOS 80D is delivered in the box of a Kit whose lens has been removed. The LP-E6N battery is missing. In addition, no invoice is provided. After claim, the invoice is sent to me by email, as for the battery, here is the answer "We just checked our inventory, and do not find any excess". Basically, I am a liar .... I am 63.00 €. Conclusion, the prices are attractive, but the customer service, the respect of the deadlines as well as the conformity of the delivery are shabby. At your own risk ....
