Fast, efficient and very nice: the place to go!

Went there with my MacBook Pro 4,1 and received NO service. The technician went upstairs and returned with a verdict - your MacBook is TOO OLD and it COULD BE a NVIDIA problem (have you run any test? no!). My arguments that Apple Hardware Test returned NO problem so perhaps you should run some other tests instead of giving me your verdict were dismissed. You must be plain MAD if you believe that end user should trash a Mac based on your "maybe". I am sorry Apple but your Authorized Service Center here is a joke and a very bad one

I went to have my MacBook Pro's motherboard repaired at their house which failed when the computer was barely 1 year old. 6 months after the repair of the Mac, it doesn't work again, I go back to their place and they diagnose me that the motherboard is once again faulty! They are incompetent. The motherboard was changed at home 6 months ago and it no longer works. The computer was not fixed properly and they don't want to know. It's incredible!!

The Bemac service is a quality service, as much as the Apple Store. The employees show professionalism and give the best advice. The store has a full line of products! We find happiness there!
