Extremely disappointed with the welcome and the service ... I am a very good customer and used to this shop for several years, I think that the confinement must have affected the morale (and the financial health of the shop) but that does not excuse the icy reception that I received. has reserved !! The florists who worked there a few years ago are no longer there and have been replaced by people who do not know how to smile and listen, it's a shame I think I will continue to buy roses there but regret the time when we were given a warm welcome and where we could chat for a while with the florist Today everything has turned into a simple financial transaction. We say what we want, we pay and goodbye without smiling It's sad especially for products that are supposed to be bought and given for occasions of joy and happiness ... I recommend for the quality of the flowers but do not recommend for the commercial side

My opinion is mixed. I bought a very pretty bouquet for our 28th wedding anniversary. But the Hydrangea did not last a day. The staff has the sympathy of the business seller no more. Not very nice. But the surprise was that of the fleur-de-lis which opened several days later. It is a very beautiful bouquet for 36 euros which still held a week except for the largest flower the Hydrangea. Which is a real shame. I give myself a second experience on occasion to consolidate my opinion or let it surprise

Last week I ordered a bridal bouquet for Saturday. once at the shop the saleswoman gives me the bouquet in a bag without showing it to me. Having a good reputation, I trust. Arrived at home, it's the big surprise. The bouquet has nothing to do with what I requested, the color was not respected. Not to mention the qualities of the roses in the bouquet, it was not fresh at all. I called thinking that the saleswoman had the wrong bouquet but she told me that no it was this bouquet, and when I ask for the bouquet is not what I had asked for, she answers me that all the roses were sold the day before following a promotional offer that was made 😱. Really very very disappointed. Personally I will not be going back.
