my fiance and I were spending the day in the wonderful city of Strasbourg and were looking for wedding rings. On our search we went into the store longinus, where a very friendly woman welcomed us warmheartedly and took a lot of time to introduce us and help us find the perfect rings for our big day! We are excited to come back as soon as we can and can absolutely recommend a visit, if you are looking for a professional, friendly, competent and warm hearted customer oriented service! 5 Stars!

We went to the store to pick up our breitling watch. This time an older woman welcomed us.(Seh’s the einer) She was very unfriendly right from the start. Became very loud and was very unfreundlich. It's not like we just left a little money lying around. We felt very uncomfortable and very unwelcome. Not even a thank you, drinks or a smile we got. I will never enter this shop again and in the future I will buy my watches somewhere else! Mind you, we bought a Breitling watch that doesn't cost 100 Euros. I am anything but Not happy with the service, Really very unfriendly. The watch itself is very nice.

Bandits, living abroad I made a purchase in this jewelry store ; since December and despite my many calls they still haven't reimbursed me the vat

We were visiting Strasbourg and came across the Longinus. The small but fine and elegant jeweler with his stylish and exclusive display case invited us to take a look around the store. After our arrival Mr. Pascal spoke to us openly and in shame and showed us the chosen watch. Thanks to his competent advice and the great impression he left. Shortly after, I would like to underline the excellent service that Mr. Pascal has enabled to reserve the selected watch over the phone on the basis of trust.
