I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. But I felt a bit rushed once I got inside. The client advisor was great, went in for a certain bag but left with a different one and a wallet. Would have like to be offered champagne or something but I did get a couple samples of perfume.

I’ve called the store regarding a reservation, they told me you can come to the store to make it, came all the way from Germany and according to another salesman got surprised that it wasn’t possible! You should take care of your customers LV, that’s not acceptable!
