Sunday December 6. A young man is busy with us for a wedding ring purchase. Very professional and attentive good advice really very nice very good reception. Despite a promotion ending the same day no forcing no pressure to buy no judgment despite a fairly tight budget in short very good seller thanked him and gave him a bonus.

I will never buy anything from this store again! My engagement ring is from them. I had to bring it back to shrink it unfortunately during the repair there was the 2nd confinement. They call me to tell me that they can send my ring to my home but paying more than expected (loss of the loyalty benefit). After 3 weeks no ring received suddenly I call them and I fall on the platform to be told that in fact it never left the store. I therefore ask that the store call me directly to decide on a shipment or that I look for my ring in the store since it has opened in the meantime and thus recover my 10 € loyalty advantage. the shop does not call but makes the decision to send the ring. It must therefore arrive before the weekend for a shipment to be made on Monday. Result, the week has passed, we start a new one and I have not received my ring! and to top it off, it takes 30min on average to have someone online !! I get my ring back and I never want anything to do with them again !!

I strongly advise against this store. Like the previous reviews. I made a purchase of 2 jewels and returned to reimburse one. Reimbursement by check only with mailing and not possible to choose the postal address for the delivery of the check. I was told "we are a jewelry store, we have valuables, we don't give refunds like at Zara". My friend and I each had a Zara sachet in hand. Unacceptable to have judged us like that. The manager was haughty and rude. She doesn't even deserve to work in this store, she spoils the whole image of the brand. This is the last time I will give them a dime. And I hope I get my refund check or I file a complaint.
