Older staff who are very contemptuous of young people and who give the information in a very unpleasant way by giving themselves a haughty air once the service requested concerns other establishments. Point "positive", very little waiting but we understand everything why. The internet service is much more humane because despite the politeness, we can not see a minimum of altruism

Friendly and attentive staff. I didn’t know that you should make an appointment for an ID card and a nice lady with anti weather and took me right away.

The staff are really nice, they really take the time to explain the procedures and are accommodating.

I return to the town hall, and frankly the woman greeted me distasteful to possible.After have waited 3/4 hour to be told I had to go up to the star, she was jubilant to tell me that she could answer my request in a tone !!! when I replied that it was also a town where I did all my papers, she said, revêche.JE do NOT !!! Not one kind word to explain it to me, not a sorry smile, a poor woman who made you want to take a reflexion.Quant her goodbye I have not even answered.
