First point: Dishonest on the conditions of remuneration, after a telephone interview I asked if their plumber invoiced the displacement or the estimate. I was assured not. And yet the arrival of the plumber surprise! I am billed for "the diagnosis" but not the estimate. However, I had taken the time to ask for a long time. Lie by omission. Second point: Tells me that the hot water tank is repairable, two days later my tenant informs me that the leak persists and the plumber admits that the tank must be replaced. Incompetence. Third point: The company refuses to send the plumber to repair the leak, yet I signed an estimate of 637 euros to repair the balloon! I have to send a registered letter for them to do so. They end up sending the plumber to me at their expense. High prices and dishonesty. Fourth point: The leak persists for the third time! This time I put the business manager on notice to have someone come and fix it once and for all and guess what? He insults me and threatens me !! Pressure, insults, blackmail. I think of all the people who do not have the financial means to defend themselves against these thugs so today I contacted a bailiff. Faced with the aggressiveness of the gentleman I had on the phone, I am determined to go to court.
