A real treat according to my guests who tasted delicious Tagines: lambs - prunes, chickens - cinnamon, fennels with candied lemons and samosas. All accompanied by a succulent fragrant couscous. A big thank you to the chef, listening to my wishes, very helpful and generous. Thanks to him, we made our taste buds travel!

I tasted a couscous with vegetables that I found too fatty. I can't say the dish was bad but it was not good. Melting vegetables, broth not tasteless but whose acidity of canned tomato outweighs the other flavors. I had tasted puff pastry this winter that I also found too fatty, dry and sorely lacking in finesse. I also took a M'Semen that day .... M. If you had told me that it was thawed in the morning I would have consumed it immediately. Instead, you told me it was fresh today! I brought some from Marrakech, frozen when I arrived because it thaws very well, which were much better. Same verdict as for the puff pastry ... it's dry and disappointing! I am a fan of Moroccan cuisine and fusion cuisine, but not yours. What a pity!

I really appreciate the choice offered by the Caravane des Croustillant. Between the crispy caramelized goat cheese, the gnaouia, the grilled bean-eggplant salads and the couscous (a set of vegetables, meatballs, semolina and merguez that I find delicious), there's something for everyone!

Extraordinary caterer, an incredible variety of products. The flavors and smells made our taste buds travel to the country of Morocco. The price / quality ratio is very interesting. We also tasted couscous, which is incredibly good and tasty. In addition, the welcome and service is great as well as the location of the store. Very nice discovery, we recommend 100%.
