My husband went to do a Freebox exchange, and he told me he was very well received by a very kind lady. So I wanted to say it because I am surprised by so many negative opinions on this store. He went there yesterday in the day and everything went perfectly well.

I did not choose this parcel relay. these people accept all parcels redirected from all relay points. but not know how to organize. my 2 packages redirected to this shop. the tracking numbers clearly indicate that both have arrived here. but these people scanned a package and another disappeared. the lady delivered one and for the second she said “you call the seller and they will refund you!”. the man refused to talk to me. an hour later with the tracking I found the two packages marked as delivered !!!.
