We asked Amare Horto to rearrange a garden with a swimming pool (in the Paris region ...) which occupied half of it and which we did not want. Without a clear idea of ​​what we wanted, Raphaël and Cléo offered us a coherent project adapted to our aspirations and our budget. The work has just been completed and we are extremely satisfied, both by the realization but also by the discussions we had with the various stakeholders. I would add that we were pleasantly surprised by the thoroughness and attention to detail of the entire team. We highly recommend this company.

Clearly we had an incompatibility of character with Raphaël, and we do not share the same feelings of events. I therefore do not wish to enter into a futile debate which will be of no use to anyone. Difficult to be objective in these conditions. I will therefore allow myself to say only one thing: Raphaël is not a gardener. I allow myself to say it as much as he told me himself during our first contact on the phone. Except for a large garden like mine (800m2), I missed it sorely. The one-star rating is severe, but I justify it by our last exchange: I will come and fix the pump when I feel like it. For me this is unacceptable. On the pretext that I would have "massacred" my garden (although I only moved 3 trees: one which already hampered the opening of a window, 2 others which had not taken because not tutored and of which I didn't like the location). Or even that I would not have shaken his hand in the month of May in the midst of COVID, after having suddenly gone to three and without a mask. Especially since this response was made within the hour on google opinion, following an unfavorable opinion, while it had been weeks that I requested the repair of the pump or the terrace without ever being able to obtain a date or even a response (whatsapp, answering machine, mail). I deleted my review and sent an email to allow additional time to repair the leak in the pump but no response. Much more concerned with google reviews than customer satisfaction. It is therefore serenely that I allow myself to write this one, which I will not delete this time, and on which Amarer Horto can of course exercise his right of reply Mixed for the terrace because Leo had made a very good impression on us, but he no longer responds to our requests, despite the fact that he knows that a step of the stairs has come loose. The terrace is well designed and has been well done (clearly Léo is meticulous and conscientious, he is a good carpenter no doubt), but the planes in the factory of the blades of the terrace have an unsightly side which bothered me a lot. . I am worried about the life of the terrace following the unsealing of a step in the staircase. The shutters which have been sawn to pass the parquet slats underneath, no longer close because the mechanism has been broken by the operation: the metal rod systematically falls since there is nothing at the bottom for the hold back.
