2 stars because the bosses are adorable, if it was for the saleswoman, I would not have put any ... We are talking about confinement, small traders for whom it is hard at the moment. Clearly the saleswoman does not want to work. I called last Friday for a Christmas tree, I was told to drop by when I wanted even when it opened, no need to book for the drive. It is the boss who answered me, she is adorable! I go before work this morning at 9.15 am, but it was too complicated because the trees were inside the shop ... you have to iron. No problem we will go to the competitors ...

Very poor reception, the salespeople are cold, and do shoddy work, they don't even bother to make a nice gift wrap. Too bad the staff are so rude because the plants are so beautiful.

Shop and beautiful flowers. Try to go when the (adorable) boss is there ... Never seen such a rude saleswoman. Maybe a job change would be better for her and for the business. I will not set foot there again.

I ordered a large bouquet for the death of a close relative of my family having seen with the florist what I wanted because it was close to my heart. I got it this morning quite surprised by the addition of flower that I did not ask and not at all in the tones that I wanted in memory for my aunt. Unable to make a change while the bouquet is important and cost me !!! I am scandalized by the florist's incomprehension. Besides roses are half faded. I can not recommend more this florist!
