Money box ... very strong to sell stays less to assume. Trip canceled because of Covid 19 with the 2019 general conditions of sale which ensure reimbursement in the event of a pandemic ... (for info quickly modified by the lawyers but I have a copy ..) Follow-up, recommended, calls ... succeeds in having Kelly Gerber, the customer service manager ditto trained to kick in touch ... despite a negative invoice that I have in my possession nothing helped. I am going to initiate a command to pay procedure. At the same time, I am getting back to my daughter for a future stay. society with intolerable practices. Just there to cash and sell a maximum of stay.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, our daughter left in 2019 via this organization in England, everything went well even if we were surprised that the host was not a family but a man, but our concerns were raised because no one very good, but we had not had any information upstream on this subject. She wanted to go back this year but with the health crisis the stay canceled. Request for reimbursement of the deposit, you must wait until 10/2021 to formulate your request. Ok it's the law, we accept. At the same time, we are asking for the reimbursement of the activity credit remaining in his account of around € 80 following his stay in 2019. Our 1st request dates from June 2020, many telephone exchanges, emails, never problems but never refund. The young staff are unable to make any decision and explain to you that the accounting department is abroad but that our request will be dealt with urgently. After 6 months we have never been reimbursed, it is not a question of amount but of principle and we are already worried about our future request for reimbursement of the deposit paid for the stay of last August. They are very good salespeople, very aggressive but unfortunately dependent on a dishonest structure that no longer even responds to our messages. To send us catalogs, Black Friday, canvassing sms and emails, they know how to do it. For the rest, they are thieves. Once again in principle we will not give up.

Superb experience with a team more than competent and very professional. The staff accompanied me from registration until the return to France of my month-long stay in Canada, which made my experience even more exceptional! I highly recommend, especially since the level of language increases considerably with fun and exciting lessons!
