A big thank you to Audrey for selling us a "magnificent sea view suite" at the Caravelle Club in Guadeloupe. Sea view and especially overlooking the beach bar and its infernal music until 1am. Super with a little girl of 4 years, finely thought! On site, no change of room possible, the "responsible" are on the beach screaming with the others and the complaint service of the club in Paris is reachable only by mail and responds "in the month" I am not talking about the condition of the suite sold at a price of 5 stars and not worth 3 or the buffet restaurant. (Photos on trip advisor) Only response from the agency: "Yes this club would need to be renovated" In short it was our last trip with the med club

Audrey, from the agency in Strasbourg, sold us a sea view suite at the club med caravel in Guadeloupe. Bar view of the beach, too. And his infernal roar until 1am. Every night. The management there responds "it's the club, there is noise in this part of the hotel, it's like this". That our 4 year old daughter can not sleep is not their problem. We also refuse to change rooms. The buffet is mostly boxed or frozen. The shabby room smells musty to the nose, the air conditioning does not work, the single glazing lets us fully enjoy the musical drinking. Of course, Audrey is aware since day one and guess what, she does not respond to the mail. No phone number either. At Club Med everything is prepaid. For the disappointed, too bad! No means of pressure. (We are even more than having to call the police for fuss from our own hotel!) We are looking forward to returning home. The photos of the disaster are on our opinions posted on TripAdvisor. Run away.
