An impressive plunge in professionalism. Advisers unable to give you a simple loan simulation because they are not "specialized" advisers. 4 weeks to have an incomplete pseudo simulation with widely higher rates than the market. Wait again for a specialist adviser to contact you to review the file .... unacceptable The other banks give you a full simulation in less than an hour and the Société Générale de Pamiers agency gives you nothing after 5 weeks.

Until now we had had no problems but since the change of agency it DISASTERED !!! A gathering of incapacitated people who do not know what to answer next to the plate! As soon as possible, we leave the general society for another bank! We don't thank you 😠
