Sometimes you have to admit these twists it will never hurt. The least you can do is apologize but it sounds too complicated for you. This is an establishment to flee urgently.

The staff is very pleasant the flowers are very fresh I thank them for the beautiful composition they were able to make me for a death they understood immediately what I wanted
