For the attention of Margaux, customer relations service, GOAL. The wait at the checkout is much too long and one of your cashier (quite old) is particularly unpleasant, never a smile an impression that this work weighs on her and she makes customers feel it well ..... Too bad it does not give want to buy from you. You should review your staff and consider training on customer reception in the commercial field ... ex: greet the customer with a smile, stop what you are doing, get fully involved, anticipate the customer's needs etc.
