I have been calling desperately for 1 month, leaving message after message and I have only had 2 calls since just to say "we call you back". The pompom is still the 2nd where I was told that it will be in 5min !!!! 5 min since 10 days !!!! How to experience it when your stove is still under warranty until February 2021 ????

Disappointed, wanting to change my heating system, yesterday I went to the Pailhes company in Saint Jean du Falga in order to have information. I had to deal with the only person in the store, the kitchen manager, who explained to me with many examples that he could not give me any information, so I left without having had any information about the pellet stoves that I wanted to buy and without catalogs. I went to the competitor and I was able to do business after having had all the information.
