Not serious at all. Due to a design error, no responsiveness. The manager does not even answer the phone. He had to move several times to get a compliant piece. If you live far away, abstain. Even no reply to a registered letter, short as complications.

Today, we received the delivery of a staircase which replaces an old wooden staircase, we are delighted with the result the installation was made during the day (for info it is a suspended staircase with wooden steps) the work is very clean, and the house was left clean after the installers had passed through, I would like to point out that the boss correctly followed our order. He was also present on the day of the installation, thank you to the whole team and see you soon.

I worked with Berrmoun stairs following the unexpected and sudden defection of another craftsman. The company was very responsive, always very available by phone and even on site despite the distance. I underline the very good listening of the wishes of the customer. Often professionals speak as if we are regulars about them (and we end up with an unwanted finish because "usually it's like that" and that the professional did not think to talk about it, and that we neither because we could not know it before). Here all aspects have been well explained, noted, and verified before the start of production. Custom staircase of classic shape but unusual dimensions, beech, very well made, well laid (despite a necessary editing, made following our observations immediately after installation). (Note: the installation was easy, there was room and the staircase is not wedged between 4 walls). Exceptional time, thank you again, but it depends on the circumstances.
