PLEASE NOTE, Following an internet order for a new washing machine (over 400 €), the store delivers me an article barely protected by a thin plastic film, no protective cardboard. A salesperson will explain to me later that it is an exhibition model! HONEST, this store tried to give me a show model without notifying me and without specifying it on the invoice. This "deceptive trade practice / deceptive actions" is legally prohibited. Following numerous complaints, I had to bring the device back on my own and at my expense to be reimbursed. No compensation proposal for the damage encountered. I AGREE AGAINST THIS STORE I would like to point out that during the withdrawal (delivery to the store), my son was asked, because I could not be present, to sign the withdrawal document before seeing the washing machine. I have bought Bosch washing machines several times and they have always been packed with cardboard + strong protection to protect them during transport. The warranty extension proposal is unnecessary, this brand is reliable for at least 5 years. Why during my calls before picking up the goods, no one told me that this model was on display? It is called deception.

Combi Bosch hs !!!!! I bought from Promo Electro Pamiers on 07/04/2015 a BOSCH combi fridge N ° KGN57VL20 749.00 €; and I had the misfortune of having the doors reversed in your house. (is there a competent person in your store for this?) the freezer door never closed properly. a repairer from PROMO MACHIN and came but nothing helped. Friday 04/12/2020 with a probe I was able to take the T ° / result 9 to 10 ° ... 5 years for a Bosch! I WON'T TAKE ANYTHING AT YOUR HOME !!!! Of course no advertising too .... Sincerely disgusted ... L.F PS we can't put zero Stars, too bad !!!!
