Very warm welcome, the staff is very competent and smiling. Despite the difficulty of replacing the key of the Passat. The service was great and very fast, after a short video explanation, I was able to replace the battery and buy a new one. A big thank you to the entire Norauto team for your excellent service. I also replaced my winter / summer wheels and the service is really top notch. It's great guarding the wheels. Thank you all and have a good holiday season. See you soon.

Taking an appointment without problem, replacing my tires very quickly, no waiting and a reasonable price, the only problem I am asked each time to do the parallelism with a lot of insistence, whereas for me it is perfect.

Not used the workshop part. Just the shop which is a bit small. Not a lot of interior cleaning products, the essentials are there.
