Hello, I am writing this message to let you know my opinion on this garage called "intermediary of sale". I decide to go see a vehicle that I like, on a Saturday. Everything goes well, the vehicle looks clean, however the driver's side door does not open with centralization and the left rear door does not open from the outside. The seller did not tell us about it (small detail that did not hamper the purchase of the vehicle). I decide to take the vehicle and I am asked for a reservation check of 500 euros. I then see after signing that several repairs have been made including a turbo and bodywork, I was not informed of these repairs. Then, after 2 days of reflection (the weekend) I decide to cancel the purchase of the vehicle. I therefore inform the company on Monday, i.e. 2 days after booking the vehicle and I am informed that my reservation check of 500 euros will be cashed contrary to the 7 days of minimum withdrawal indicated by law and indicated on the contract . In addition to that I decided to contact the agency, so that it does not carry out the work in a vacuum to avoid costs to the company. But beyond that, the company decides to cash the check. So if I have any advice for you, don't go to that garage that isn't really smart and is sneaking around. As for me, after a recommendation sent to the company on the announcement of the cashing of the check, to date (3 weeks later) no response from them. You might as well say that the staff and this company are very dishonest! I would not let go and I would take the necessary legal steps !!!!

I entrusted the sale of my car to BHCar. As soon as there was an interested buyer everything went very quickly, they take care of everything and do it well, which is really very appreciable.

I make an appointment by phone to see a specific car. On D-Day, I therefore drive 1 hour to come see the vehicle in question, of course, for nothing .... Since the vehicle was not in the garage but still at the owner's home. The least thing would be to warn the customer that morning, which would have been a professional minimum on your part! Especially since the appointment had been made for several days ... Very disappointed !!!!
