I wanted to make a craftsman from my city work, I bite my fingers. One fine morning in December, I called the mechanic Baly to ask for the price of the oil change + filters for my diesel vehicle. He tells me 150 to 160 €. Luckily, he has same-day availability. So I dropped off my vehicle and asked in addition to change a headlight bulb. At the end of the day, I return to the garage to collect my vehicle. The mechanic prepares me for the painful one: "how complicated it is to work on Renault cars, nothing is easily accessible, you have to dismantle everything. To access the diesel filter, you have to remove the wheels, etc. ". I expect the worst but the amount of the invoice exceeds everything I could imagine: 394 € !!! More than double the amount announced over the phone !!! But hey, the mechanic reassures me "oh given all the work that there has been it is a good price I did not drive you". The headlight bulb is charged 3 times more expensive than anywhere else, the air conditioning pollen filters have been changed, in the middle of winter, without my having to ask for it. In short, great Art! But I can only blame myself. I should have demanded a written quote. Because a price announced over the phone has no value and the mechanic was therefore able to invoice me what he wanted. Needless to say, he won't see me again!

Finally a human mechanic, who does not try to make a profit at any price, who does his job well. A rare person. I highly recommend his services.
