Cook to flee !!! We bought a kitchen from this seller at a price of more than 5000 € with installation included, so far no problem. Following the delivery of our kitchen, we schedule an installation date with the kitchen specialist (Monday 08 June). Two days before this date, having no confirmation despite our calls, we go to the store to get a concrete answer from the manager "the installer will be there at 99%, Monday June 08.¨ Following this, the installer calls us to shift the date, once then twice then three times ... The manager does not measure our problem, he offers to change the installer, but the time could be extended by two to three weeks . I make the request for the reimbursement of the installation in order to solicit an independent, the person in charge informs me that it is not possible because we are bound by a contract. On June 17, dramatic change, the installer is at the rendezvous (finally) but at the time of assembling the kitchen, the feet of the furniture are too large 14 cm instead of 07 cm. We contact the manager again who is too busy answering us because "clientele" and to date no solution for our kitchen. In summary the relationship with customers is deplorable, I find that I clearly lack consideration. However, I can confirm that the check cashing time was quick.

The typical kitchen designer ...... Attention, close negotiation to be expected. Starting price insane for '' discount '' ..... insane. In the end no better than elsewhere without having the impression of having could be eaten away.

I came to the store to see the new models and take ideas for a potential future purchase and I was dealing with a very pleasant lady who was able to give me advice and answer my questions. The store has a nice decoration and nice and modern models
