Lapeyre

Bad experience at Lapeyre where we spent three hours with the advisor regarding our furnishings for our house. After receiving our order we noticed that we were missing a basin and a plug, we checked the invoice. There were indeed two basins, two mixer taps and only one spray to order !! Except 2 basins = 2 bungs !! The drain was already sold with the siphon which was not suitable for our basins !! After unpacking our furniture this week we noticed during assembly that there were already knocks in the corners following delivery because the boxes were a little damaged we realized that the furniture was 120 cm outside that we we specifically showed on their flyer that we wanted the 180cm one (pages 81). We noticed an impact on the basins. We called to find out why our piece of furniture was smaller and they told us that they were not making a 180cm black worktop except the one on the flyer is black and is 180cm !! Then regarding our staircase we asked if it fit according to our measurements he answered yes that the foot was adjustable results we are 10 cm missing so that the last 2 steps of the quarter turn touch the wall. For the stairs we will leave it like that because we are moving in in 1 week. Regarding the furniture and the basins we went on October 7, 2020 to Lapeyre de Boulogne to bring back the furniture, we had to deal with Stevie the same adviser when ordering he told us that it was us who had made the blows and that the one month deadline of the conditions of sale were exceeded except that on the invoice the delivery was indeed made on September 12, 2020. It is not yet 1 month he did not want to know anything !!! We were told that it was very good quality furniture etc but we are extremely disappointed and we will not stop there !!! We end up with a piece of furniture and 2 basins at 922.59 € which are no longer useful to us given the blows and the length which does not correspond because the basins are much too tight.
