Registered since October at Portus Itius, I was greeted with open arms. I discovered a nice group of friends there and the quality teachings made me go back 4 times a week for 10 months !!! Owner at the top Coach at the top Top members much more than a box, a second home :)

Conviviality, good mood and good atmosphere prevail just as much as Cross Fit at Portus Itius! The ego has no place here, everyone helps each other, support each other, whatever the level, age ... No sidelining, it feels good very quickly, everything the world is happy to welcome newcomers each time. It's a box in which I like to train, talk, have a good time. It feels good, like at home! Because it is and above all that Portus Itius: a big family! Big kisses, do not change anything!
