I brought a first vehicle whose serial number was a bit rusty. They didn't want to pass it, even after I sanded off the rust. I brought a second vehicle. The plastic cover for the serial number has been broken (I discovered it myself). The screw under the dash has not been put back, so the plastic is hanging down. The staff are moderately friendly. I'm not ready to put a tire back on it.
