never answer the phone !!!!! and no longer collect us apparently they change manager and we are not even aware and after they think that we will pay 4 months of a coup ba see more thieves!

Company management deplorable or dishonest. More than 18 months after leaving a home and having repeatedly taken steps to terminate our contract with them, the SEAO continues to cash TIPs that we have never received and so we have not returned and signed . The new occupant of our old home has also contacted them several times to fix the problem, but nothing has been done for nearly two years. On the other hand, their accounting department continues to collect unauthorized payments, or even notified, since we do not receive the corresponding invoices. Their customer service is almost unreachable by phone. A model of incompetence and bad practices ...
