I do not agree with some comments. For my part, each time I contacted the agency by phone or through the Lcl application, an answer was always given to me during the day. In addition, I will add that I will not change bank for the world. I have been faithful to them for over 35 years and they have always been accommodating which is not the case in many other establishments Bravo to the Caudry agency
No way to put 0 star.
Request to transfer the credit union in the Paris region to that of Caudry (made via the bank in the Paris region). no response from Caudry since May 2018 (so 4 months), no way to reach the bank at any time of the day in August or leave a message. Business still in progress by relaunching my caisse in the Paris region. Great customer service ....
