Incompetence, lack of seriousness and professionalism!
I do not recommend this company for troubleshooting an oil boiler unless you want to waste your time and money. Intervention of a technician almost 1:30 without any result, suddenly we are suggested to put a new burner for a total amount of about 1300 €. Before making the decision to order a new burner, we call on another heating convenience store for a second opinion to find out if we really need to change our burner, etc. Observation: repair of our boiler in barely 1/2 hour so we can say that there is a lack of seriousness on the part of Guidet et Fils. On the other hand, thank you to this other professional who was serious and efficient and above all saved us the purchase of a burner. So, I have only one thing to say, do not call Guidet et Fils if you have an oil boiler troubleshooting to do!
