Attention, change since April 2018 of insurance agent and even of insurance company. What was a broker with a large Axa portfolio becomes a general alliance agency that will transfer to Axa headquarters all clients who do not want to convert! Clients have not been notified of this change, the firm is inundated with phone calls, but there is not yet the staff to answer them !!! In short, it's a bit, even a lot of mess during the transition phase. Despite the attempt to reassure us of the passing employee (she is straddling several firms, including one in Choisy le Roi), frankly it does not make you want to stay and especially to switch to Allianz !!!
