I rented several vehicles from Leclerc, I never had to complain about the reception and I had no particular problem. The lady was very rude, and offered no solution except the possibility of using it on my deposit. While she would have told me that any overtime leads to a penalty, I would have felt less attacked and would find it normal. The delivery of the vehicle remained on the same line: an unpleasant moment.

A disastrous customer experience, 2 advisers more concerned with telling their lives than taking care of the customer. An unfriendly welcome, and a very cold departure. In short, no consideration for their clients, I think that if you don't like your job, you change! Rental of a 20m3 truck with tailgate for my move (150km one way) Everything is therefore planned and timed to keep the truck only during the day. I take the truck and after 3 hours of loading impossible to restart the truck in front of my house. The truck loaded with all of my things goes to the garage. I see with the Leclerc manager who agrees to rent me another truck but only until the evening because it is re-let on Monday morning. Except that I had to unload the 1st truck (in the parking lot of the garage) and recharge the 2nd ... Hello, waste of time. With the road time I would never have had time to bring the truck back for 6 pm ... In short, we find the "arrangement" of returning the keys on Sunday morning. But the Leclerc manager was not friendly at all! Not understandable and even less human. And on top of that he refused any commercial gesture! NOTHING ! To flee !!!!!!!! 😠😡
