I made a major purchase yesterday for a bathroom cabinet.I was very disappointed with the saleswoman who dared to tell me that this cabinet was at 50% two months ago and refused me a commercial gesture which I asked her as well than delivery !! I believe that when working in a business, to SMILE, good advice and kindness are essential !! I had other purchases to make but this attitude was really disappointing !!

Stores too small, the products are expensive the staff and the manager are not too friendly especially when it comes to a complaint. Too bad we don't have more DIY options in Laon, they would have to align their prices.

There is nothing on the shelves, to buy 4 electrical outlets I went to Mr Bricolage, there are the towers, not the outlets. I went to Bricorama, there are the outlets, not all of them. The seller told us it would be out for a long time. Conclusion, I ordered on the internet three days after I got them. Look for the error.

Pick up 2 hours in store, I arrive at the reception, the manager tells me that she will pick up my order, she takes care of the customers at the cash desk next door. Then she chats for 20 minutes with her girlfriend right in front of me and looking at me. After 30 minutes, she looks at me and says "yes sir that's why?" And assigns a colleague for my order to continue chatting with his girlfriend. A welcome joke.
