We had a problem with our motorhome steering wheel juddering. Just thought a balance weight had been thrown off. We do not speak French and they do not speak English . But this did not dull the wonderful service at all. They found that we had a bulge in the rear tyre and fitted 2 new rear tyres but also highlighted that we had a bearing gone in the rear wheel which caused the problem and adviced us where the Renault garage was by drawing a map . There assistance/service was exceptional . Much better than UK

Treated rude. Are with camper in France and have small nails in the rear tire. Employee did not let us speak. Only wild gestures and unintelligible. 1 star is still too much
