A team of seniors (probably in reclassification ...) who have enormous difficulties with the computer tools in addition to being unpleasant. It misinformation, and accepts at the head of the client to make your records. A shame! I advise you to go to the town hall at the top of Laon, where there is a team of young women who are conscientious in their work and very kind. Thank you to them for their kindness and their seriousness!
