Very disappointed with this goal! I have my mother who ordered a TV cabinet for my sister's Christmas so I let you imagine the weight of the cardboard for an elderly person with a huge back problem ..... I can understand when the epidemic period there are distances to respect but from there to bring the package with a trolley and drop it in front of her car and leave it without ANY aids and see her with difficulty in storing the package and not even intervening I find its aberrant! Knowing that at the same time I had an appointment in Reims with the goal of Reims! And that the Monsieur offered me three times if I needed help besides he was very helpful unlike that of Laon they are the same brand I think we deserve to be treated properly and not like my mother a was to process this morning of more result of the accounts it is to block the back .. thank you but laon for your unprofessionalism / non commercial ..
