Hello, It takes an endless wait to have someone on the phone. Then. If you want a long attribution period, do not wait for the MDPH of the Aisne to give you because it will not do it. I had to go to court to get an AAH for 20 years, the extra resources for 20 years as well as the disability card for 20 years. The MDPH of L'Aisne even was condemned to refund to the state the legal aid which was granted to me. Decisions of refusal of the MDPH of the Aisne are never motivated whereas the law obliges it. In case of refusal, I recommend you to seize the court, it will calm them and put them in their right place. Be ruthless with the MDPH of Aisne. Have a good day
