We believe we are in a third world country impossible to have an appointment on the internet to renew a residence permit I have tried for several weeks each time the same message try later when we call we are directed to a voice server that tells us to use the website which is unusable in short with progress it is a disaster it was better 10 years ago but it was before

We become paperless just because it is impossible to have an appointment on the site, we must try again later, except that it may last for months, it will be 3 months that I try, result in loss of work and housing , no income, all because of a simple date Mr the prefect was ashamed, the other prefecture like Arras we can make the request on their site directly ....

This message is addressed to our prefect, what I do not approve in the decision to prohibit the sale of alcohol, is that all the inhabitants of Aisne for this gentleman are alcoholics at the sight of France! , certainly a 12% increase in the sale of alcohol in stores, but we must not forget that the bars are closed, hence the increase in this sale since instead of having a drink in a bar we drink it the house. So we are already under confinement and now this restriction. I want to clarify that I only drink alcohol occasionally. I add, how to make a good Burgundian without red wine, how to make mussels without white wine, that the prefect tells me his recipe. A word to the wise, and poor Axonians ridiculed in front of France, yes we are all peppers in Aisne !!!

Renewal of residence card: they only bring in 15 people (!!!) the afternoon, beyond, the security guard, who does only his job and follow the orders it is true (but who could to make efforts level attractiveness and diplomacy) closes the door to the nose of the 16th. Some people come from 6am to have a place. They let people wait in the rain and cold, and organize alone. Because yes, smart guys arrive at 13h-13h30 and want to grill everyone based on jostling and nudging. And once we have miraculously managed to enter, we find ourselves either in front of an official as welcoming and kind as a door of prison in Siberia, or in front of another who treats people as if they were of 4 years old children. It's a shame. This is how foreigners are treated in the department of Aisne. I know the state does not help you in terms of budget and all that, but please have at least a minimum of humanity.
