Pôle emploi - Laon

Very dissatisfied with the employment agency of Laon !! After a contractual rupture following a moral harassment within a company, Pôle Emploi refuses to compensate me, on the pretext that it is the role of my former employer. Of course a lie! A shame, not entitled to any help, no thanks to Pôle Emploi de Laon ...

Every time I call them for 1 year on 09 I always come across a mail saying that pole emploi has tried to contact me since I can no longer reach them by phone I must go through the 3949 whatever we do if in not respond to their appeals not to be sanctioned with delisting or not to receive unemployment

As an impression that the staff is there in tourist mode

Poor location and not easy for people who do not have a car. It was better when they were on avenue Charles de Gaulle.
