I rented an apartment through Citya. When I arrived, there had been a water damage in the apartment, I had been promised that the wall would be repainted: it never was. The wardrobe doors in the hall had to be changed because they were defective: they never were. Obvious lack of professionalism and responsiveness ... In addition, I signed a lease with water included in the charges. What was my surprise when Suez started claiming 300 € from me and the agency simply told me that it was a mistake in the drafting of the lease: water is ultimately not included. It seems to me that knowing how to write a correct lease is still the basis of the basis of a real estate agent. I would add that I had to bring the accommodation up to standard myself since the smoke detectors were not present (lease signed in 2019, detectors mandatory since 2015, that says a lot about their negligence towards their customers) and they were never reimbursed to me by the agency. Real thieves! To flee clearly.
