This cabinet is a disgrace to the profession. I sent, during 2019, a request for the end of the mission concerning them. At the beginning of 2020, I receive an invoice for the 2020 financial year. I then contact them to explain to them that it must be an error, with supporting evidence (email ...). the assistant answers me that the boss, who does not even deign to contact me, does not want to hear anything and that he must be sent an LRAR. I do. A few weeks pass and I have no news from them, yet I am debited from my bank account of their fees while I have not returned any sepa for the year 2020. I have been clients for several years, I never caused them any problems or even made any special request that could have upset them. they have no recognition of their customers. the only thing that interests them is money. They have no regard for their client, They do not even deign to call back. Flee them at all costs
