Real estate purchase blocked for 1 year now following a regularization having to pass obligatorily by this cabinet (therefore financial losses + compromised bank loan). Almost never a response during reminders and no specific date of resolution is ever provided to us. If I have to hire a notary in the future, this will certainly not go through this study.

I wonder where so many praise come from ... My experience was very disappointing. Guided by the positive reviews, I asked this study several times by phone and email for a real estate sale. The secretary has not stopped strolling: "The notary will remind you", "the notary is not there but will not fail to remind you", "Send an e-mail" ... After 'a week of radio silence, I ended up choosing another study that does not snub new customers.
